Networking and registration will begin at 5:00 PM. Dinner will be at 6:00 PM and sessions will end by 8:30-9:00 PM. The menu selection is Julienne Chicken Parmigano. The Forum has proven to be a key element in maximizing results within IRN. As usual, to help newer members get off to a 'Fast Start' in IRN, this Forum will include sessions on the 30 Second Commercial and the 20 Minute Presentation. The first Advanced Session by Senior Area Director Lori Wagner is “Your Chapter’s Action Plan for 2008”. This will be a follow-up session, a 6 month review of your chapter’s 2008 goals. The second Advanced Session by Area Director Steve Fisher is “Creating an IRN Presence in your Community” which will cover guest events from planning & agenda to follow-up, open houses, creating more IRN awareness, and competing with other networking groups. Attending these sessions will definitely increase the effectiveness of your chapter. As a courtesy, please register online for the Forum by 5:00 PM Monday June 23, 2008 which is the deadline to give the Marriott an accurate dinner count. After that, the price goes up from $30 to $40 and we cannot guarantee your meal. The IRN Presidents' Meeting will be held on Thursday June 26, 2008, from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM, just before the Forum. All IRN Chapter Presidents and Chapter Officers and chairpersons are urged to attend the IRN Presidents' Meeting. This meeting will focus primarily on "How to Run Effective Chapter Board Meetings". Some other topics will include chapter management, guest events, membership drives, chapter board meetings, IRN mentoring program and chapter leadership. This will be mainly a Roundtable discussion. Please come prepared to share some of the successful ideas your chapter is using to grow. As usual, referral slips , guest brochures, new member badges & manuals and other supplies will be given out. Please make sure someone from your chapter is present to take these back to your chapter. IRN Chapter presidents and/or a Chapter officer/chairperson from every Chapter should plan to attend the IRN Presidents' Meeting and take back information and ideas to share with your chapter members.
