As a result of being non profit, we are able to pass discounted rates and cost to our members. To become a member you must live, work, worship or go to school in Summit or Portage counties. I get the pleasure of making the dream of home ownership a reality by educating and guiding people through the process, I help them to determine the best loan for their situation. At the credit union its never a no because we try to work with people who might not have the best credit by educating how credit works and what makes up a score.
